Each item we carry is limited and often one-of-a-kind. To be fair to all customers, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges once a purchase is made.

Orders are processed immediately upon payment confirmation, including inventory allocation and preparation for dispatch. As a small independent retailer operating with limited quantities, we are generally unable to accommodate cancellations once an order has entered processing.
